For our Client, international Global Shared Service Centre which is localized in Cracow, we are looking for:

HR Administrator/ HR Specialist with Italian

Manage day to day service operations to all employees and managers. Provide high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way that maximizes productivity, confidence and effectiveness. Duties:
• Respond to and resolve employee and line manager queries (phone, email, webmail and white mail) on any aspect of HR policy, process or HR administration
• Manage the delivery of the end to end HRS administrative services for all activities in the employee life cycle
• Resolve enquiries and issues according to policy and process, where requests are out of policy due to business specific requirements, escalate these to a specialist for further input
• Ensure the advice given to managers and employees is of a high quality, consistent and delivered in a customer focused way
• Ensure all working practices/communications are aligned to the policies
• Monitor volumetric and ensure any changes to volumes can be managed related to workload
• Use service reporting to identify areas for service improvement
• Maintain service standards, webmail and white mail) on any aspect of HR policy, process or HR administration.
• Manage the delivery of the end to end HRS administrative services for all activities in the employee life cycle
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Italian language, good knowledge of English
• University degree in HR
• Customer service experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in an international environment will be an asset
• Ability to work with confidential information
