Job Description:
be part of a customer orientated culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty
build and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
dealing with incoming complaints from customers & travel agents from the UK, Ireland, USA, Belgium, France
investigating cases with suppliers around the world
handling escalations
stuck in Resort management

Requirements:
university degree or final year student
experience in customer service area in multinational companies
experience in travel industry would be an asset
fluency in French and business level in English
customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence
excellent communication and problem solving skills
ability to work pro-actively as part of a team
