For our Client, a sporting goods company with internationally recognized brands including Salomon, Wilson, Atomic, Arc’teryx, Mavic, Suunto and Precor, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Salomon Rep Apparel & Gear
Place of work: Southern Poland
Permanent job

Responsibilities:
• achieving the seasonal sales and distribution targets in the defined territory
• meeting the seasonal key product category objectives in sales and distribution
• developing a local plan to follow Salomon brand guidelines, strategies and priorities
• identifying territory sales, distribution and promotion opportunities
• taking care of the relationship with customer both for the commercial and accounting aspects
• strong collaboration with assigned geographic area Agents in order to be active in the hand over in distribution, strategies and targets
• developing and maintaining close cooperation with Salomon and other company’s reps
• developing and maintaining great working relationships with key personnel in each account
• maximizing in – person contact and sales coverage with territory accounts
• analyzing and reporting competitors distribution, in – store presence and offer
• preparing and reviewing customer performance report on seasonal basis
• keeping Sales Manager informed of trade relation information on an ongoing basis
• completing all reports and records required and submitting on a timely basis

Requirements:
• high school degree
• driving license (at least Class B)
• at least 3 years experience in sales, experience in the Sport and Outdoor Industry is preferable
• experience in retail/wholesale negotiation with customers
• mobility and willingness to travel
• knowledge of specific territory Sports Distribution
• maintaining detailed territory and account plans and using it to prioritize activities and investments
• target oriented person: always sets desired advances and plans to achieve them
• cooperative and teamworking
• expert at establishing rapport and building credibility, in part by demonstrating an appreciation for solutions to the retailer’s business needs
• epitomizing a passion for sport
• strong predisposition to active listening and problem solving
• anticipating objections and preparing facts and evidence to counter them
• responsive, flexible & prompt
• highly attentive to in – store brand presence
• good knowledge of IT systems (MS Office) and fast in learning new tools (Sales Portal, B2B)
• fluency in English is recommended
