Compliance Operations Specialist with English and French
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Main Responsibilities:
• Processing entries in MoneyGram Interantional’s internal compliance system
• Taking and making phone calls with consumers and agents
• Making decisions to release or refund transactions
• Supporting Compliance Operations projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
• Fluent English and French (knowledge of Italian or Portuguese would be an asset)
• Customer service experience
• Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Attention to detail with an emphasis of identifying incorrect/mistyped data
