Customer Service Professional with Italian (Italian speaker)

We’re looking for people for positions of:

Customer Service Professional with Italian (Italian speaker)
Location: Zabierzów

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian
Very good command of English
University Degree
Professional orientation on customer care
Background in customer care area – will be an asset
Openness for people
Very good communication skills
Self-confidence
Availability

Duties:

Be part of a customer orientated culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty
Build and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
Answer calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers
Take ownership of all enquiries to ensure fast and efficient resolution
Ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached
Identify customer needs effectively and efficiently
Contribute positively to the team and the business
