Product Support Associate with French, German or Italian

At this moment for our Client we are looking for persons on following position:

Product Support Associate with French, German or Italian

Duties:

• under direct supervision, responsible for responding to routine customer inquiries regarding products
• analyzes problems using diagnostic tools to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action
• recommends solutions to customer application questions
• maintains log of problems so that recurring problems can be reported to product development
• follows-up and escalates unresolved problems to ensure resolution is accomplished
• tracks calls to identify trends
• provides feedback to internal departments and to customers
• provides back up to other desk within the Software Help Desk

Requirements:

• bachelor or master degree
• professional fluency in writing and spoken French, German or Italian
• freely communication in writing and spoken English
• experience in customer service area will be an obligatory
• experience in travel industry will be an asset
• ability to work effectively in a team environment
• ability to analyze problems, identify key problems and make decision to sole problems
• excellent customer service skills
