BSO (Business Support Organization) represents the functions that support the running of Our Client’s businesses. It includes Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Supply Chain and Customer Services process recruitments.
1,600 employees work for BSO in EMEAR (Europe Middle East Africa & Russia) and cover a diverse range of profiles, including the classic business professions, engineers, IT specialists, operations experts, consultants and such like. At this moment we are looking for person on following position:

Researcher


The researcher will work together with the BSO EMEAR Staffing Lead and those recruiters that will be assigned to specific requisitions and projects.
The Researcher will report to the EMEAR Staffing Research Lead and will build solid peer relationships with the other researchers in that team in order to benefit from, share and develop best practice.

Duties:
• implement creative and targeted search marketing strategies that help recruiters be more successful in pipelining both active and passive candidates
• develop, execute and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines, databases, social and business networking tools to produce quality candidates
• network using the phone, navigating corporate switchboards and by asking for referrals and gathering marketing intelligence source more elusive or niche skilled candidates
• provide market intelligence and mapping, candidates identification and candidates approach across all the geographies and functions that are included in the BSO perimeter
• support generates requirements that may frequently be sensitive, confidential, and niche in the skills that are required. It provides the opportunity to work on a variety of skillets, and apply a proactive and creative approach to the research activity


We require:

• bachelor degree level or beyond able to work in an English language environment effectively, so fluent writing, reading and speech any additional EMEAR region language welcome
• min. 1 year experience of direct recruiting, resourcing or candidate marketing (managing interactive media campaigns / direct applicant response / social networking etc) with a focus on finance, HR, legal
• ability to support the recruiter in effectively representing candidates back to the recruiter and hiring manager
• ability to detect key requirements by interfacing recruiters and hiring manager
• good analytic skills and ability to make appropriate questions
• knowledge of MS office and other computer skills
• knowledge of market mapping methodologies and different output formats
• ability to generate and attract passive candidates
