Recruiter

BSO (Business Support Organization) represents the functions that support the running of Our Client’s businesses. It includes Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Supply Chain and Customer Services process recruitments.
1,600 employees work for BSO in EMEAR (Europe Middle East Africa & Russia) and cover a diverse range of profiles, including the classic business professions, engineers, IT specialists, operations experts, consultants and such like. At this moment we are looking for person on following position:

Recruiter

The recruiter will work together with the BSO EMEAR Staffing Lead and the resources from the Strategic Sourcing team that may be assigned to specific requisitions and projects.
The recruiter will build solid peer relationships with the EMEA Staffing team (recruiters, researchers, coordinators, operations team) in order to benefit from, share and develop best practice.

Duties:
• driving end to end hiring projects, both on single open positions and projects that include multiple positions and locations
• partner with the hiring community, where hiring managers may be sitting in Executive positions
• deliver hiring projects where requirements may be niche, both within Our Client and in the market
• implement creative and targeted sourcing strategies resulting in successful pipelining of both active and passive candidates
• execute with excellence by leveraging and collaborating with the wider staffing team (strategic sourcing, peer recruiters, coordination team). Wise use of staffing resources.


We require:

• bachelor degree level or beyond
• min. 3 years recruiter experience in leading process recruitment (in EMEAR region will be an asset) any technical sector with complex functions, business models and research briefs
• ability to work in an English language environment effectively, so fluent writing, reading and speech
• experience in handling hiring manager conversations at executive level
• experience in working on niche roles in a variety of different functions
• background in any environment requiring a proactive approach
• ability to attract passive candidates
• good analytic skills and ability to make appropriate questions
• ability to handle requisitions in a project fashion: determining deliverables, milestones, timelines and resources
• Knowledge of market mapping methodologies and different output formats
• proficient in the use of MS Office and database systems
